Class Schedule

Round Hill Schedule starting January 15, 2018!

Mondays Vinyasa Yoga Series – all levels 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. (60 minutes)
Tuesdays Barre-Yoga Series – all levels 9:30-10:45 a.m. (75 minutes)
Wednesdays Vinyasa Yoga Series – all levels 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. (60 minutes)
Thursdays Barre-Yoga Series – all levels 9:30-10:45 a.m. (75 minutes)

 * Barre – a low-impact, high cardio and strength training class incorporating ballet, pilates, and yoga. No dance experience needed at all!

 * Vinyasa Yoga – medium paced yoga class incorporating cardio, balance, strength training, and meditation. All levels welcome as modifications for each pose are offered.
